| Suggested use: This feature is ideal for fans who want a live window into all the action at the 2007 US Open. It allows you to watch live scoring for matches in progress from the courts on your computer. It is also a great way for fans to keep track of the entire tournament by using an Interactive Draw features that lets users track player progression, schedules and scores for the entire tournament. Both the live scores and interactive draw act as portals into the official Web site, interactively connecting scores and draw information with match and serve stats, player information, player tracking, interactive venue maps and live radio .
The IBM SlamTracker has a Scoreboard that "pushes" point-by-point scoring information to tennis fans in real time. It also provides tennis fans with links to other key sections of the site and a multi court scores view. When launched, it spawns a separate browser window that sits on your desktop updating with scores and statistics as they change.
How to use the IBM SlamTracker:- Slamtracker consists of two main modes: Scoreboard and Interactive Draw.
- The Scoreboard tab displays scores for matches that are currently in progress. Clicking on the "View Match Stats" button next to the scoreboard brings up match and serve statistics. Clicking on player names in the scoreboard brings up Player Information. The Match Information window has the following tabs:
- Match Stats: Displays pertinent match statistics on supported courts and allows you to select statistics for more details.
- Serve Stats: Allows you to view and select the serve statistics for singles matches on Arthur Ashe and Louis Armstrong stadiums
- UNITS: Not a tab, but a setting for serve stats. It displays the serve speed unit in MPH or km/h based on the option you choose
- Clicking on the Interactive Draw tab takes the user to a maximized view of the application.
- A mini draw map is displayed on the left. A focus box on the mini map magnifies and displays the area of the draw map within it on the right side. Moving the box around moves the area of focus, allowing the user to view any part of the draw in the magnified view.
- Clicking on a player name in the draw brings up Player Information and clicking on a score brings up Match Information. Clicking on player also selects that player and highlights his path in the draw on the mini map.
- If a match has not been played yet, schedule information if available is displayed in place of the scores.
- Users can search for a player in the draw from the search box below the draw. If a search result is found, the focus box automatically focuses on the latest position in the draw for that player. The player is also selected and highlighted in the draw.
- The maximize button increases the size of the application and displays the multi court view. The other tabs on the lower right display map and leaders.
- Leaders allows you to view the ace, serve speed and serve percentage leaders and standings for the men's and women's singles events.
- The map view displays ongoing matches at the venue. Matches in progress/Matches completed and presence of a tracked player on court are indicated. Mousing over the court displays a tool tip with the player names on the court. Clicking on the court brings up a more detailed view, with player names, scores, match status. Selecting the match loads the match in the scoreboard/focuses the match in the draw.
- Tracked players are highlighted in the draw as well as in the scoreboard and map. Users can click the edit button next to the tracked player bar to change the list of players they are tracking.
- Users can click on the Radio button to launch the official radio broadcast. The photos and videos buttons launch the photos and videos page on the usopen.org website.
- Users can click on Visit the Shop to be directed to the Official 2007 US Open Shop.

Automatically updated every minute to your browser with no action required from you; Matches in Progress offers a full web page view of all the current matches in active play. A table for each court with live play shows player names and current scores. Player names link to their biography pages. When a match is complete, the results are moved to Completed Matches pages within 5 minutes.

 | | Suggested use: No download required. These web pages allow you to review the game-by-game outcome of each match. Ideal for visitors who missed live matches and want to see how their favorite players fared.
Completed Matches are a set of pages for matches that have finished. They are categorized by type of match (e.g. Men's Singles, Ladies' Singles etc.) and by day. Make your selection for type of match and day from the graphics on each page. Results from matches that have completed are moved from Matches in Progress to Completed Matches within a few minutes after the match finishes. Player names link to their biography pages.

 | | Suggested use: Check here each evening for the next day's Schedule. This allows you to plan when to come back to the site and watch your favorite players using other IBM On Demand scoring options.
This court-by-court look at the day's events includes start of play times for each court. The Schedule is posted each day at approximately 8:00 pm EST (posting times may vary based on release from Tournament Referee's Office.) Scores for each match are also posted for current and previous day order of play rosters as they are available.

Following all the Men's and Women's Singles main draw action, the Country Scoreboard presented by Continental Airlines will let you know how many players from each nation have entered, how many are left in the tournament, what that nation's cumulative win/loss record is and how far from New York City that nation is!
