How do I start to plan a group outing?
You can find pricing and schedule information right here on USOpen.org. If you have any additional questions, please call 718-760-6200 and press Menu Option #1 for the US Open Ticket Office. We can answer any of your questions and help you to plan your trip to the US Open.

What makes a Group?
A Group is classified as 25 or more tickets for any one of the 26 sessions of the US Open.

When will I receive my Group Tickets?
If your account is paid in full, your Group Tickets will be printed and mailed out at the end of July. Tickets are sent via an overnight delivery service.

What types of seats can I purchase as a Group?
Group Sales tickets are located in the promenade section of the stadium in rows M-Z. Group Sales are also available for Grounds Admission on the first eight days of the tournament. Grounds Admission tickets do not allow access into Arthur Ashe Stadium, and access to all other courts is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I pre-purchase meals for my Group?
US Open Gift Cards are available in $25, $50 and $100 denominations and can be used to purchase food, beverage, merchandise at select locations during the 2007 US Open, or tickets at the USTA National Tennis Center Box Office. These Gift Cards are a very popular add-on to your Group tickets. If you would like to purchase gift cards, please visit the Gift Card section on USOpen.org.

Can I upgrade my group seating?
Group seats are limited to either Upper Promenade seating or Grounds Admission passes only. There is no lower-level seating available to our Groups.

I've placed my group order. What happens next?
Once you have submitted your 2007 Group Sales Order Form by either fax or mail, a printed invoice will be mailed to you. All tickets, regardless of when the order is placed, will be sent via overnight delivery service in July 2007.
